Marshall Homes uses Matterport 3D walkthroughs to capture your existing home and its measurements, giving our team a detailed digital representation to reference throughout planning and layout development.
Instead of coordinating access so different subcontractors can repeatedly gather measurements, our team can use that information to move layout work forward. The walkthrough also gives you and our team a shared visual reference for reviewing spaces and validating design ideas remotely.
That means you’ll enjoy fewer interruptions, more productive remote conversations, and a clearer way to evaluate design decisions together.
You’ll Be Able to Compare Where You Started With Where You’re Going
The 3D digital record of your existing home is also helpful for comparing old and new walkthroughs, allowing you to understand the transformation in a way plans alone might not communicate. This makes it easier to see what’s changing and how the redesigned space will function differently.
You’ll Make Important Decisions Before Construction Begins
A layout change might affect structural work. A material selection can influence the project investment. A decision that seems small on paper can have a major impact on daily life once the project is complete.

Once construction is underway, you remain part of the process without having to manage the project yourself.
Our team coordinates construction while keeping you informed about progress and the decisions that need your attention.
That balance is important. We want you to understand what is happening in your home and feel comfortable asking questions, but you shouldn’t have to coordinate subcontractors or independently manage every detail of a complex construction project.

The Project Ends With a Final Walkthrough, Not With Uncertainty
The final walkthrough and project sign-off provide a clear transition from construction into your completed home.
Marshall Homes also provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on construction work performed by our team and subcontractors. The warranty begins on the date of the final walkthrough and project sign-off.
If a workmanship concern comes up during that period, you have a clear process for contacting our team. We also assist clients in navigating applicable manufacturer warranty claims when a correctly installed product fails.
Our goal is for you to always know where to turn if you have a question after construction is complete.
